Podvibes ToDos

• Contact Hugo at Masto.host and determine what he needs from us (Chris)
  • Document any customizations (Post Limits) (Tom/Chris) - there is as code change in Mastodon on the way for this
• Take a backup of everything from Podvibes (Tom)
• Transition domains to HAF (Chris/Evo) -- Hover
• Set up billing for Masto.host with Evo (Chris)
• Dismantle anything we don't need any more
• Reset all passwords (Tom)
• Document new setup (Tom)
• Perform migration (Tom/Chris)
• Set up monitoring (Tom/Chris)
• Determine who are the moderators (Evo)
• Announce completion (Evo)

Phase II

• Change billing account to Evo's email
• Move from Cloudflare ot Fastly
• Confirm Mailgun is moved to Evo
